Eastern Automotive, Inc. has one of the lowest parts returns rates in the industry and makes every effort to only offer the highest quality of used auto parts. We strictly adhere to our terms and conditions of sale! Please read our warranty and terms carefully and our sales staff will be glad to answer your questions concerning these terms ahead of your purchase. Warranty and Terms posted on the back of each sales invoice supersedes any and all online published warranties for Eastern Automotive, Inc.

- WARRANTY UPON INSTALLATION ONLY ON REAR ENDS

- AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION COOLING SYSTEMS MUST BE FLUSHED WITH A PUMP FLUSHING SYSTEM. WARRANTY UPON INSTALLATION ONLY ON ALL MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS.

- INSTALL CORRECT LUBRICANTS BEFORE INSTALLATION OR ALL WARRANTIES ARE VOID.

- All of our used engines are guaranteed for 30 days under normal driving conditions. Engines are guaranteed against engine knock, excessive smoke and oil consumption. Warranty is void if HEAT TABS ARE MELTED OR MISPLACED, or failure to install correct lubricant. We do not warranty carburetors, water pumps, fuel pumps or distributors. We will not warranty any vehicle that has been run hot. Customer is responsible for bringing vehicle back to Eastern Automotive for any necessary inspections. We will not pick up any vehicle.

- All deposits nonrefundable

- No guarantee on labor

- No Cash refunds if replacement parts are available

- All parts returned subject to 20% handling charge

- All parts are sold exchanged

- No refund on electrical parts

- No refunds on special orders

- Body sections which have been cut off to order are not returnable under any circumstance.
- All merchandise, including cores, must be returned within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by this bill.
- All cores must have fluids drained or core charge will be forfeited.
- A finance charge of 1 ½% per permonth (18% per year) may be charged on all accounts over 30 days. All Accounts over 30 days will automatically convert to cash or COD.
- Attorney’s Fees will be added in event of forced collection. A $25.00 fee will be charged on all returned checks.

Any warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The Seller, Eastern Automotive Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and Eastern Automotive Inc., neither assumes or authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products.
